Omaha Elite Kettlebell provides kettlebell workshops on site at your location.
We offer the most experienced and highly certified kettlebell instruction in Nebraska
with SFGII, SFG, SFBW, SFL, RKCII, RKC, HKC, CK-FMS and FMS Certified Instruction.
In 90-minutes you can expect to receive in-depth instruction in one fundamental technique and it's supporting exercises / drills plus one or more mini-workouts.
Our mini-workouts are typically five to ten minutes long and included throughout the day as a teaching aid. They have been thoughtfully designed to build upon one another reinforcing new and old skills while allowing you to safely experience the power of kettlebell training.

SAMPLE WORKSHOPS
Beginner's Kettlebell User Workshop
Learn how to safely and effective perform four fundamental kettlebell techniques that lay the foundation for more advanced training. Receive a manual with sample workouts geared toward a variety of goals: Strength Workouts, Fat-Loss Workouts, Cardio-Vascular Endurance.
Recommended length 6 to 8 hours.
Intermediate Kettlebell User Workshop
Review basic techniques.
