STRONGFIRST Certified Kettlebell Instruction

Kettlebell training paired with the StrongFirst methods is the most versatile and efficient form of strength and endurance training that will not only meet but surpass the fitness goals of 99.999% of the population. You will experience a blend of strength, flexibility and cardio that replaces an entire gym with as little as one or two bells. After training with us and experiencing the power of heavy kettlebell swings, the clean & jerk or the 10 minute snatch test you'll have a whole new understand of the phrase "less is more."

 

STRONGFIRST Certified Bodyweight Instruction

Most people think of bodyweight training as remedial, but that all changes when you apply world-class technique and programming.  Allow us to show you how to get the equivalent of a powerlifting workout in anytime, anywhere with just your bodyweight.  We guarantee we can find a safe & appropriate variation of a pushup, pullup, handstand or squat that will challenge you to perform five reps or or less, the perfect intensity for building max strength. You'll be amazed at the amount of pure strength you can develop with bodyweight alone. 

 

STRONGFIRST Barbell Techniques & Programming

Take the same StrongFirst principles  learned from our kettlebell and bodyweight trainining and apply it to the barbell for the ultimate in precision for strength, or mass building (if that's what you seek). We'll show you that the techniques which allow you to lift the heaviest weights are not necessarily the techniques that get you the strongest.  You will learn biomechanically correct techniques that are proven to have the best safety records while delivering superior strength gains through world-class programming of StrongFirst and Pavel Tsatsouline.

 

CK-FMS & Functional MOvement Screen 

Our Functional Movement Screen Specialist will objectively rank your movement patterns to determine what movements are safe for you to train at high intensity as well as what needs to be improved and how to do it. Screened clients receive personalized corrective exercise programming and a follow up to measure progress.  By helping you to move better and move correctly we guarantee that you are safely training the muscles and movements you intend to train making it possible to experience the results you intended to receive.

Our classes and private training sessions also include TRX Suspension training techniques, battling ropes, medicine balls, pullup bars and more.  Instead of blindly focusing on any one tool, we focus on finding the right tool for the job.
