WHAT IS A KETTLEBELL?

A kettlebell is traditional cast iron weight that resembles a cannon ball with a handle.

The unique properties of kettlebells allow for unsurpassed versatility and incredibly

efficient workouts with larger ranges of motion and safer joint angles and less

impact than other tools allow.

 

WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL?
While there's nothing magical about the kettlebell, no other single tool gives you the freedom to do and accomplish more than the kettlebell.  Like any tool it takes expert use and a proven system to unlock it's full potential.  Using a kettlebell without proper instruction, technique or programming is like stealing Michaelangelo's paint brush and attempting to reproduce the paintings on the Sistene Chapel's Ceiling.  The secret combination to unlocking the transformational and performance enhancing power of the kettlebell is combining the portability and versatility of the kettlebell with the simplicity and efficiency of the StrongFirst methods, biomechanically safe technique, expert instruction, proven programming and hard work.

 

WILL I BULK UP?

Not unless that is your goal. The nature of most kettlebell and bodyweight training

methods encourages a health body composition. Typically, underweight participants fill

out and over-weight participants slim down.

 

WHO USES KETTLEBELLS

Originally the kettlebell was hallmark of performing strong-men and military special forces. Today people from all walks of lifes with a variety of needs turn to kettlebells because when paired with an effective system and safe technique they simply can't be beat in terms of versatility, efficiency and portability. 

 

WHO IS KETTLEBELL TRAINING FOR?

Anyone who wants to safely improve the way they move, perform, look and feel. 

 

DO I NEED TO BE IN GOOD SHAPE?

No. This classed is designed for people of all abilities who want to become stronger.

Everyone will work side by side with techniques, reps and resistance appropriately

adapted to each person.

 

IS IT SAFE?

Our methods are endorsed by Chiropractors and leading back specialists. We’ve successfully

conducted over 4,000 hrs of group classes with participants ranging in age from

7 yrs to 80+ with people of all abilities from couch potatos to elite athletes... all with a
