Multi-Purpose Room
Larger Group Classes and Adult Classes are held in the multi-purpose room. This room features a higher ceiling and over 3,000 square feet of floor space.
Functional Fitness Room
Some of our Small, Private & Semi-Private Training takes place in this room. This space is perfect for jumping rope, kicking the bag, target drills, poomsae practice and stretching . Advanced trainees will be exposed to resistance training with kettlebells with RKC II and certified instruction and the Functional Movement System.
Aerobics Room (Upstairs)
6:30 PM classes are held in this room. The hardwood floor gives a traditional feel to our classes while the mirrors help students fine tune their technique.
A small seating area is just off to the side for parents to observe classes.

Omaha Elite Taekwondo is proud to now be offering classes at Life Gym one block north of 103rd & Fort street, next to the interstate.
Group Classes are offered in the aerobics room and in the larger multi-purpose room.
Life Gym offers bathrooms, lockers, showers, treadmills, free-weights and functional fitness area.
Omaha Elite Taekwondo members can join Life Gym for as low as $10.00 per month.
